6) Think
(Every other activities are combinations of these. These are basic activities)
We like to please ourselves with whatever we LOVE, However we Imagine about our lives! We keep on dreaming everyday things to be in a way as WE LOVE!
I would call it E X P E C T A T I O N.
We EXPECT,
Our loved ones will be with us forever, our loved ones will be same forever, comfort all the time, things to happen how we imagined, how we dreamt of.
When things are not in a manner AS WE WANT... WE FEEL
*ANGER! SAD! STRESS! FEAR!*
WHY DO WE EXPECT THEN>>>???
Because whatever we LOVE, whatever MAKES US HAPPY! We want to keep them AS WE LIKE..
But... IS THERE ANYTHING WE LOVE REMAINS SAME??
* NOPE 🙁
Including ourselves we are growing old. We can't control us growing old.
"But the mind is same noh " - some random folk speaks.
Okay I'll tell a small test! Close your eyes and think about whatever you love. If any distraction comes in between that thought, then you have to admit that even your mind is not listening to yourself as you want!
In a WORLD that we CAN'T even control our OWN MIND ("Soul") , We expect other EXTERNAL THINGS TO REMAIN SAME.
HOW CAN WE EXPECT "HAPPINESS" BY EXPECTING things to be as HOW WE WANT?
This is NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!
Understand the UNIVERSAL TRUTH!
HOW TO BE HAPPY??? 🤔🤔
* When you do the basic activities, never attach on those. Because nothings gonna remain same. Including your own mind.
Whenever you feel like attaching, think this is going to change. And think of the things you attached and OWNED.
Do you still feel happy with it in the same way like you did on the moment you attached to it? Haven't the attraction reduced?
So THINK!
